Molded pulp is an ideal packaging material for many different applications. It is highly versatile, and can be made from a large assortment of different recycled and renewable materials, including paperboard and newsprint. This substance nests well, and can be recycled curbside. Pulp packaging can be custom fabricated with a broad array of looks and finishes depending on our customers’ design and packaging requirements. Our staff of expert personnel can create many different packaging products incorporating this material, including corrugated designs for outer box applications and more.
We administer a broad range of tests to ensure that our molded pulp packaging can provide the most effective protection available. These include vibration, compression, and shock testing. We also provide a broad range of ISTA and ASTM standards. Our organization’s quality standard is based off of ISO 9001:2008 standards and can provide full conformity with standards set by the AICC and the Institute of Packaging Professionals.
