For our custom designed molded pulp products, we use advanced 3D computer aided design (CAD) systems which enable us to produce precise visual images of molds and the parts produced by the mold. These state-of-the-art tools allow us to produce creative and innovative designs from initial concept through manufacturing. Every product we design through Molded Pulp Engineering is tailor-made for the specifications of the project. Everything, from initial design through prototyping and manufacturing, is customized for your specific needs.

Our Packaging Process:
After we have an approved design, we progress to prototyping the application. This process takes approximately four weeks to complete and deliver to our customer. It is at this time that the application can be tested and if necessary, any changes to the design can be made. After approval, we head into production using aluminum production tooling for full scale manufacturing.
